Delivery Information
Clear UK delivery information for products purchased through SprayMyCladding by Forti Nova.
UK delivery
We currently offer delivery to mainland UK addresses entered at checkout. Where a postcode requires a different service or surcharge, we will contact you before dispatch rather than changing the order without agreement.
Delivery charge
The current checkout charge is £28.50 on orders below £1,500 ex VAT. Orders at or above £1,500 ex VAT qualify for free standard delivery under the current website rule.
Dispatch and lead time
Stocked repair products are dispatched subject to availability. TopSpray 35 and other colour-specific coating products may be tinted or prepared to order. Delivery can take 1–3 weeks depending on the selected RAL colour, stock and production scheduling. We will confirm the expected lead time with the order. Any delivery date provided is an estimate unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
Damaged or missing goods
Check deliveries promptly. If goods arrive visibly damaged, incomplete or incorrect, contact Forti Nova as soon as practical with the order reference and photographs so the delivery can be investigated.
